Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, plans to issue solicitation IFB 50907-0424 for Roof Replacement on Buildings 45 and 55 which consist of removal and replacement of felt, clay tile roofing and flashing. Building 45 contains approximately 18,984 sq. ft. off flashing. Building 55 contains approximately 9440 sq. ft. of roofing. Work will take place at the Federal Medical Center, Ft. Worth, Texas. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be available on or about September 11, 2001, with an anticipated bid opening date of November 11, 2001. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing and mailed to the attention of Debbie S. Maune at the South Central Regional Office, 4211 Cedar Springs Road, Suite 300, Dallas, Texas 75219. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid which will be considered. This is a 100% small business set-aside. See Numbered Note 1.
