Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure from Bemco, Inc., 2255 Union Place, Simi Valley, CA 93065 on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis 1 each -- P.A.O. Portable Liquid Chiller, +47C with P.A.O. Fluid; System to hold 3600 Watts at 47C, up to 5 GPM for flow rate, 2130VAC-3Phase-60Hz-power, to be no bigger than 65.5"x29.5"x48" (HWD). Contamination Requirements -- sealed P.A.O. reservoir that allows no air to be introduced, industrial grade positive displacement 5gpm at 100 psi fluid circulating pump with strainer, command and control of portable chiller via EIA-232/485 communication port. The sole source is based on compatibility with existing equipment meeting the above requirements. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 06 September 01, providing detailed information, clearly showing their ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
