Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Boeing Tactical Aircraft Modification Facility on a Sole Sourced basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of the following: (6) Each, Communications Cont, PN# 9805-22112 and (6) Each, Data Switch Unit, PN# 9805-33001-001. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it obtain specifications, drawings, plans or other technical data for rework of this equipment. Requests for specifications, drawings, etc. will be disregarded. This is a CBD announcement only and not the solicitation/RFQ. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 334511 and the size standard is 750 employees to classify as a small business. This is an unrestricted procurement. Anticipated award date is 14 Sep 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be F.O.B. Origin or F.O.B. Destination, and will be evaluated on the basis of lowest overall cost to the Government. Required delivery date is 30 Nov 2001. Delivery shall be to U.S.C.G. Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 Attn: Receiving Section. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's)! The Department of Transportation (DOT) Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
