Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number=20 RFQ-01-059 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334210 and the size standard is 1000 employees. 1.) H51N (Plantronics) 3122-055 Supra Monaural Noise Canceller, Quantity: 72 each. 2.) 3124-HIC Adapter Cord for 6416D+M/6424D+M Telsets, Quantity: 72 each. 3.) 3306-MUW (white) 6416D+M TelSet Quantity: 72 each. 4.) CentreVu Supervisors five (5) Logins V8, 1208-P81, Quantity: 6 each. 5.) 3307-4MUW (white) 6424D+M TelSet, Quantity: 8 each. No substitution of brands will be considered. This Request for Quote is for new equipment; the Government will not consider refurbished equipment. Delivery to Bureau of the Public Debt, 149 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, FOB Destination. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis if the combination of the items result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government.
