There are twelve line items as follows: Line Item 001 -- Qty (1) ea -- Pesa OCW16V5A2 16X16 Wideband Matrix Switcher (HDTV Ready); Line Item 002 -Qty (1) ea -- Pesa RCP1616L Local Control Panel; Line Item 003 -- Qty (9) ea -- Extron 60-289-01 RGB-109xi Computer Interface; Line Item 004 -- Qty (2) ea -- Sony CPD-G200 17" Computer Monitor; Line Item 005 -- Qty (11) ea -- Panja (AMX) AXT-MCP 5.5" Color Touch Panels; Line Item 006 -- Qty (3) ea -- Panja (AMX) AXT-CA10 10.4" Color Touch Panel; Line Item 007 -- Qty (1) ea -- Panja (AMX) AXCENT3 Access Control System; Line Item 008 -- Qty (1) ea -- Installation Hardware, Cables and Connectors; Line Item 009 -- Qty (1) -- Engineering Cost; Line Item 010 -- Qty (1) ea -- Panja Software Programming; Line Item 011 -- Qty (1) ea -- Project Management; Line Item 012 -- Qty (1) ea -- Documentation Labor; and Line Item 012 -- Qty (1) ea -- Installation Cost. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
