Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued and is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This is a request for quote. Award will be made on basis of response to this notice. Request for Quote (RFQ) for MONOCHROME CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION to consist of the following equipment: LOCATION: CNM, CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, BIG NAVY (Guam) Aiphone Outdoor Sub-Station 5 Ea., Navco 1/3" Black and White CCD Camera 10 Ea., Varifocal Auto Iris Len 10 Ea., EMI Outdoor Camera Housing 10 Ea., EMI Camera Bracket 10 Ea., EMI, Blower for Camera Housing 10 Ea., Coax Cable -- 4000 Lf., Wire for Aiphone and Camera Power 4000 Lf., 16 Camera Power Supply 1 Ea., Camera Connector 28 Ea. Note: (1).This proposal to include supplies and Installation of equipment. (2). Use existing CCTV and intercom conduits for wire run. In the event conduits cannot be used to inform CDC and provide a quotation for supply and installation of conduit. (3). Four outdoor cameras to be installed on Bldg., "E", Two pointing to the playground, one camera viewing the side of the bldg., and one camera on the outdoor play area between "E" & "C" (5). Two outdoor cameras to be installed on Bldg., "A", one camera will be pointing to the playground and one camera pointing on the Lobby between "A" & "B" (6). Two outdoor cameras to be installed between Bldg., "A" & "C", one camera viewing the entry/exit gate and one camera viewing between the bldg. (7). One outdoor camera to be installed on the side of Bldg., "C" pointing to the playground. (8). Install two outdoor intercom on Bldg., "E" next to the playground. (9). Install one outdoor intercom on Bldg., "C" next to the playground. (10). Install one outdoor intercom on Bldg., "A" next to the playground and Lobby area. (11). Use existing 16 camera multiplexer, time-lapse recorder and monitor from the CDC. (12). One year warranty of equipment and installation from date of completion. LOCATION: CNM, NAVHOSP CDC (Guam). Installation includes all parts, labor, wire, and cable, Misc., fitting, some conduit for exterior cameras, system programming, testing and customer training. Note: Full service agreement includes 24-hour emergency repair. Replacement of defective or worn out Parts at no charge for the parts and labor. Damage to system cause by misuse, vandalism or acts of God are excluded. System to be visually inspected and the reporting unit tested semi-annually by a service technician.
