Description

The Contractor shall furnish Radiopharmaceutical Supplies to Department of Veterans Affairs facilities within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 which includes VA Palo Alto Health Care System, VA Northern California Health Care System, VAMC San Francisco, VAMC Reno, and VAMC Fresno. Deliveries are to be made FOB Destination within consignee's premises, except for specified emergency deliveries as listed in Category V. Currently, VISN 21 has requirements for the Northern California Health Care System at Martinez (including Sacramento Medical Center at Mather) and the San Francisco VA Medical Center, but reserves the right to incorporate the requirements of other VISN 21 facilities in the future as they occur through a supplemental agreement to the contract. Contract period is October 1, 2001 (or 1 year from date of contract award if subsequent thereto) through September 30, 2002, with two 1-year renewal option periods in accordance with the terms and conditions defined herein.
