Description

The Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, Texas intends to award a one year Simplified Acquistion contract with the option to renew for two addtional years to provide remanufactured Hewlett, Canon, and Xerox toner cartridges, with and without exchange, for the period 10/01/01 -- 9/30/01. The VA uses a "Just-in-Time system of inventory storage which will require pickup of used cartridges within eight business hours after notification by the VA and a delivery of within two (2)business days. Contractor must have a minimum of two (2) year experience in this type of service to be considered for award. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance,and technical ability. This is a 100% Set-Aside for small business. Companies who can provide this service must indicate their interest by submitting a request for a copy of the Request For Quotation by fax to (512) 326-6028, not later than 9/12/01, 2000 -- 4:00 p.m. local time, to the attention of the Contracting Officer.
