Reference original CBD Publication dated 21 April 1998. BAA 98-08-IFKPA is amended to change the final date for submission of white papers from "30 September 2001" to "30 September 2003" and to change the effecive period from "30 Sep 01" to read "This BAA is open and effective until 30 Sep 03." There are no other changes.
