- Description
- BAA01-31 is modified to extend the deadline for receipt of full proposals to September 21, 2001. Section I of the PIP is modified as follows: Under "Proposal Format" and "Section III. Detailed Proposal Information" Para. I., the following sentences are added to the end of each section: "All proposals shall include a one-year baseline program with identifiable milestone(s) at the end of the first year. Further effort shall be included as priced options.
