Description

Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, service and supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance, testing, and inspection of the Fire Alarm Systems at this VA Medical Center, and Nursing Home Care Unit in Philadelphia, PA 19104. All work shall be in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association standards NFPA 72 (1996 National Fire Alarm Code), NFPA 70 (1999 National Electric Code), NFPA 101 (1997 Life Safety Code), City of Philadelphia Fire Prevention Code dated 1/1/95; and JCAHO criteria. Bidders must make a pre-bid site visit scheduled in advance in order to bid on this contract. The term of this contract period will be for one year from date of award, with two (2) one year options. All request for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
