Solicitation: F32605 01 Q0017 Due: 10 Sep 01 P.O.C. SSgt Jennifer Richardson, Contracting Officer, Phone 701-747-6229, Fax 701-747-4215 Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F32605 01 Q0017 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. The NAICS Standard is 235990 with a business size of $11.5 million per year for this acquisition. Line item 0001) Remove and replace various 12' laminate lane sections across the bowling center with PC1 replacement panels. Installation must comply with ABC/WIBC specifications. Sections to be replaced have been identified by the following line items 0002) Murray P/N PC-103 Dart Panel Qty 20 Each; 0003) Murray P/N PC 102 Foul Panel Qty 18 Each; 0004) Murray P/N/ PC-105 Pin Deck Qty 6 Each; 0005) Murray P/N PC 104 Common Panel Qty 16 Each; 0006) Installation Charge for Entire Job; 0007) Mechanic's Expense. All work shall be coordinated between SSgt Jennifer Richardson at (701) 747-6229. Provision 52.212-1, Instruction Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition, the provision 52.212-2, Evaluation applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on cost and the ability to meet the requirements. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with its offer. The clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
