- 17. Services, Non-Personal: The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish overhaul/repair of the F108 Engine Fuel Nozzle. A Firm Fixed Price requirements type contract is contemplated for one year, plus 4 one-year options. The items and estimated quantities include: INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 2915-01-190-9242PN, P/N 6810184M30, Basic Year 449 ea, Option 1 year 525 ea, Option 2 year 661 ea, Option 3 year 716 ea and Option 4 year 701 ea. INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 2915-01-219-3163PN, P/N 6810184M33, Basic Year 6 ea, Option 1 year 77 ea, Option 2 year 46 ea, Option 3 year 63 ea and Option 4 year 77 ea. This fuel nozzle is a welded assembly, which delivers a carefully calibrated, precisely patterned fuel spray for combustion in a gas turbine engine. The fuel nozzle consists of a cover or inlet, metering cartridge assembly containing a check valve and metering valve, support and metering set. The material is primarily steel. The length is approximately 7.065 inches; it has a 3-bolt hole mounting flange and weighs 1.328 lbs. The repair contractor will have the appropriate technical data, engineering drawings, BOM design changes, CFMI/CFM 56 Service Bulletins and inspection/testing equipment to accomplish the repair. All outstanding service bulletins shall be complied with. All detail parts and/or components required to accomplish the repair of these parts shall be contractor furnished. It is the Government?s intent to use commercial practices, manuals and industry standards whereever appropriate in support of these items. Quality requirements shall meet or exceed ISO 9002/ANSI/ASQC Q92. =20 There is no Government Furnished Tooling. Deliveries to Tinker AFB, OK. Repair Solicitation F34601-01-R-58696 will be issued to the following sources which are pre-approved by OCALC Engineering IAW the information in AFMCI 21-112 entitled, ? Repair of Aircraft Engine Critical Parts?. Woodward FST Incorporated, Zeeland MI and to Parker Hannifin Corp, Andover OH. Issue Date: On or about 14 September 2001 with closing date on or about 19 October 2001Interested Contractors are directed to the Fed Biz Ops site on the internet: http://epsa.satx.disa.mil/, the CBD at http://cbd.access.gpo.gov/.=20 NOTE ONE: Under interim rules, federal agencies have until October 1, 2001 to transition to, or integrate with, FedBizOpps. Beginning on January 1, 2002, agencies will be required to post notices of solicitation on FedBizOpps instead of having to publish these notices in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD), as currently required. Between October 1st and January 1, 2002, procurement notices will be published in both FedBizOpps and the CBD, to allow vendors time to become familiar with the new Web site.
