Description

Contractor shall provide quarterly printer maintenance and emergency repair services for the sevent (7) types of Government-owned printers shown below. Note that this contract will cover seven (7) types of printers for the first six months on contract. Thereafter this contract will only pertain to covering six (6) types of Government-owned printers. The removal of the Output Technology (OTC) Printers will be April 1, 2002. Facilities are within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21, which includes VA Palo Alto Health Care System, VAMC San Francisco, VAMC Fresno and VAMC Reno. Currently, VISN 21 has requirements only for VA Northern California Health Care System, CA but reserves the right to incorporate the requirements of other VISN 21 needs in the future as they occur through a supplemental agreement to the contract. Service period is from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four one-year renewal options
