Description

Background "Non-personal services to provide regularly scheduled preventive and on-call remedial maintenance and repair of fitness equipment located in four fitness centers at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Preventive maintenance is for cardio equipment only. Services to include all labor, tools, materials, parts and transportation necessary to maintain equipment in satisfactory operation condition. Equipment is of various types and from various manufacturers. Number of pieces is approximately 320. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be posted on the world wide web at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/ on 13 Sep 2001. Closing date for quotes will be 24 Sep 2001. Anticipated award date is 01 Oct 2001. This acquisition is subject to the availability of funds for Fiscal Year 2002. No hard copies of RFQ will be sent.
