Description

Non-personal services to provide all labor, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide a Marriage Counselor at Tinker AFB OK, in accordance with the Request for Quote and Performance Work Statement. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis following the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial practices. A Firm-Fixed Price Service contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 15 Sep 01. The contract period of performance will be 12 months, with up to 100 hours of work per month, depending upon the Government?s needs. Award will be based on best value to the Government based on priced and non-priced factors. The deadline for offers is 6 Sep 01, 1:00 PM Central time. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted on Friday, 31 August 2001 at 2:00 PM Central Time for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Potential offerors will meet at Building 3, 7858 5th Street, Tinker AFB OK. Directions to Bldg 3: Offerors must obtain a pass to enter the base at the Visitor Center, Eaker Gate (North side) of Tinker AFB. Directions to Bldg 3: Enter the base at Eaker Gate, immediately turn left on 5th Street, continue East on 5th Street to Bldg 3. The entrance faces North on 5th Street, and the entrance canopy sign states ?Operational Contracting Division?. Inside Bldg 3, stop at the Receptionist desk for directions. Submit the names, Company identification and Social Security Number(s) of all attendees (not to exceed 3 per company) to Ms. Barbara Neyland, via email to barbara.neyland@tinker.af.mil no later than 1:00 PM Central time on 30 August 2001. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 4 Sep 01, 10:00AM Central time. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors. The record will include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receiving any award.
