Description

Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items of service necessary to provide optometry services for Keesler AFB Medical Center. All work shall be in accordance with Statement of Work. The period of performance will be from 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002. The government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses. Small business size standard is 500 employees. The NAICS code is 621320. Solicitation will be issued approximately 22 Aug 2001.
