Description

SERVICES: Perform Management Planning and Analytic Services to support DLA Office of Operations Research & Resource Analysis (DORRA) in the areas of Human Resources Support Analysis, Organizational Design and Evaluation, and Strategic Planning and Strategic Management. Up to three contracts may be awarded against this basic solicitation. Offers will be evaluated based on technical and cost factors, IAW Source Selection/Best Value technique. Any contract(s) awarded will have a one year base period with four (4) one year option periods.
