- Subject solicitation is hereby amended in accordance with Amendment #3: Clarification to Paragraph D.3. Statement of Work, VACCHCS Fresno CA is modified to include the following statement: Access to VACCHCS voice files in Lanier is through a local telephone number. Access to transmit completed work through the Network is through a local telephone number. The contractor is responsible for all local and long distance telephone charges associated with contract performance. DUE DATE FOR OFFERS IS NOT EXTENDED.
