Description

S -- Furnish any and all necessary tools, equipment, labor, materials and supplies required to keep the grounds, landscaping and shrubbery in an neat and orderly appearance at the public use facilities and administrative facilities of the United States Government at Jennings Randolph Lake. The services are for one base year and two possible option years. The requirement is a small business set-aside. All responsible sources can download a copy of bid package at http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil/. No telephone or fax request for the solicitation package will be accepted. See numbered Note 22 except change the fourty-five (45) days to fifteen (15) days.
