Description

Provide custodial service for the Pine Bluff Arsenal for approximately 114 buildings consisting of approximately 320,000 square feet. Routine Work includes but is not limited to: Vacuum Carpeted floors and rugs; sweep non-carpeted floors; clean and service restrooms, kitchens and coffee rooms; clean drinking fountains and marker boards; spot clean and spot mop; wet mop and spray buff non-carpeted floors. Periodic Work includes but is not limited to: dusting; strip, scrub and wash non-carpeted floors; clean glass and blinds; Steam-extraction cleaning of carpets and rugs. Proposed acquisition is contemplated to consist of the base year and four option years. Proposed acquisition will be set aside for 8(a) firms in the arkansas Small Business Administration District. The NAICS Code for this action is 561720 and the small business size is $12.00. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
