Description

The 45th Space Wing at Patrick AFB intends to acquire electricity services to maintain proper installation functioning for the 55th Space Weather Squadron at Ramey Solar Observatory, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The estimated annual energy usage is 400,000 KWH. Based on information available at this time, the Government considers the services described above to be available only from the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), also known as the Autoridad de Energia Electrica (AEE), San Juan, PR 00936. Offerors who feel that they can provide these services may submit, in writing, information about their company or request a copy of the prospective delivery-order requirements contract. The written request (including a telephone number for a point of contact) is due within five calendar days from the date of this synopsis. Written requests may be submitted by mail or email (johnny.bellina@patrick.af.mil). Telephone requests will not be honored. See Numbered Note 26.
