Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division intends on awarding a modification to purchase order N61339-01-P-0147 on a sole-source basis to Signal Corporation, Fairfax, VA. The contemplated award is expected to occur no later than 20 September 2001. The contractor will be tasked with correcting Device 2F110 S/N's 1 and 2, and Device 2F166 S/N 1 publication deficiencies discovered during independent verification and validation services performed by Signal Corporation at NAS Norfolk. See numbered Note 22. Forty-five days is changed to read fifteen days.
