Description

USDA, Rural Development intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with International Business Consultants Corporation, Foxfire Village, NC, for the development and delivery of Operational Training Materials to include reading material, self study exercises and appropriate case studies, relating to the Centralized Servicing Center's mortgage service center, which is a follow on to IBCs recent study/review of the CSC system. Materials will cover defining productivity within a mortgage service center, capacity planning, planning and scheduling of workloads during peak and non-peak periods of time. Materials will include processes unique to Rural Housing Service to include Payment Assistance, Moratoriums, New Loan Setups and Imaging for our unique processes.
