Description

The Food and Drug Administration anticipates making an award for renovations at 12709/12720/12725 Twinbrook Parkway. This award will be made based upon a limited competition among Commercial Office Contractors, Gaithersburg, MD; Korth Companies, Gaithersburg, MD; Marbles, Inc., Gaithersburg, MD and Warren Young Group, Inc., Gaithersburg, MD, because the work is integrally related to the structural, electrical and mechanical systems of the building and these contractors are approved by the lessor. The lessor of the building is The JBG Companies. If another contractor were to do this work, the Government would be at economic risk for potential modifications or damage to the building. The estimated price range is $25,000 -- $100,000.
