Description

The 463-2028 ROAD REPAIR AND GRAVEL REPLACEMENT on the Nez Perce National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho. Project consists of removal of existing culverts and open tops and installation of new culverts and driveable dips and crushing and placing crushed aggregate (Grading E) on 4.30 miles of Forest Development Road (FDR) #463 and 4.98 miles of (FDR) #2028. Location of Project: The beginning of the project work area is located approximately 27 miles south of Grangeville, Idaho. From the junction of S.H. 13 and U.S. Highway 95 at Grangeville proceed south 19.9 miles on U.S. Highway 95 to mile marker 219.4 at FDR #2025 (Skookumchuck Road), thence 3.30 miles on FDR #2025 to FDR #463, thence 3.80 miles on FDR #463 to the Forest Boundary and the beginning of the project. Contract time is 360 calendar days. Estimated start work is September 27, 2001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ R1-17-01-030 is issued as a Request For Quotations.
