Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to replace the station building at U. S. Coast Guard Station Ocracoke, Ocracoke Island, NC. Major work items include the following: Demolition, removal and disposal of the current manufactured housing unit; Fabrication and supply of a manufactured home containing approx. 1700 square feet with four bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining area, family room, etc; Installation and set-up of the new manufactured home including additional foundation work, utility tie-ins; and, Modifications to raise the current concrete block foundation an additional two courses (approx. 16 inches). This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1542/NAICS 233320. Completion time is 90 DANTP. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
