- Description
- The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Advanced Technical Products, Intellitec Division, 2000 Brunswick Lane, Deland, FL 32724, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1), for the engineering services to support the Joint Biological Point Detection System under a proposed Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort contract. The contractor is considered to have the resources, experience, and capabilities to meet the requirement within the program schedule. (See also Note 22).
