Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F1AFIW10340300. The requirement must meet the specifications of the following MITEQ Part Numbers. The items required are CLIN 0001, AMF-3F-007008-04-13P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0002, AMF-3F-023027-04-13P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0003, AMF-3F-015025-06-10P-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0004, AMF-3F-022023-04-13P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0005, AMF-3F-008010-04-13P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0006, AMF-3F-009015-04-13P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0007, AMF-3F-001010-07-13P-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0008, AMF-3F-002005-05-10P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea; CLIN 0009, AMF-3F-005010-05-13P-1-HS, AMP, 2ea. The Government requests a 7 day acceptance period. This synopsis and incorporated provisions/clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334220. The following Provisions/Clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offeror shall include a complete copy of the provisions of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror's Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Awards cannot be made to contractors who are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration at time of award.
