Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis a web subscription service to Brassring.com to use for online recruiting scientists and engineers with a period of performance of one year with three one year options. This requirement is sole sourced to Brassring.com, 4701 Patrick Henry Drive Suite 1901, Santa Clara, CA 95054 because their database currently contains 500,000 resumes of a technical, scientific or engineering in nature, and has an average of 1,500 new resumes posted daily. Any firms believing that they can provide a comparable Web subscription services to online recruiting may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
