This procurement will provide research and development for the SSGN development program at the Strategic Weapons Facilities. Negotiations will be conducted with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (LMSSC), Sunnyvale, CA 94088-3504. LMSSC is the only source with the in-depth knowledge and in-place capability to perform the required effort. See Note 22.
