The Announcement is hereby modified to add a PRESUBMITTAL MEETING -- To be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2001, at 1:00p.m. local time, in Mobile, AL. At this meeting, GSA/PBS Design Professionals will explain details and answer questions about the project and application procedures.
