Description

Notice of Intent to Make a Sole Source Award to Marconi Medical Systems, Inc., for service agreement and co-op support plan on an MRI Edge Eclipse System. Marconi shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and labor required to maintain one (1) MRI Edge Eclipse System, EE #22426, S/N BA248P and related equipment. See Numbered Note 22. The system and related equipment is located at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Marconi will provide on-site assistance during Marconi's normal working hours. The number of Second Response Hours shall not exceed 150 hours annually, including all travel hours to and from the James H. Quillen VAMC. Marconi will provide the James H. Quillen VAMC with the following: cryogen materials and transfill labor; specific training courses at Marconi's headquarters throughout the year; and replacement parts required for maintenance and repair of the system and related equipment.
