Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure services to upgrade the Goebel die-cut insert for 10K coiler from Matik North America at West Hartford CT. This procurement action is for services, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold. The procedure set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used. See numbered Note 22.
