Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a 12-month SOLE SOURCE contract with two (1) year option periods to Shipping, Receiving and Fulfillment Services (SRFS) of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, pursuant to FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute, Buy Indian Set-Aside, 25 U.S.C. 47. The proposed Contractor will provide bulk mailing services, timely inventory of patient education materials, distribution and mailing information for the IHS National Diabetes Program and facilitate a clearinghouse. This procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. See Numbered Note 22.*****
