Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to negotiate with Hampton University on a sole source basis for technical s upport services to administer and closeout the ONR Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Graduate Fellowship P rogram. The HBCU Graduate Fellowship Program was designed to award fellowships to HBCU graduates who were in pursuit of a Ph .D. in science or engineering. Hampton University is considered to be the only source qualified to perform the required serv ices since this is the closeout of a program initiated at Hampton University. The required start date of this effort is 01 October 2001. Responses to this notice must be received within 15 days of publication.
