Description

The Southern Plains Area for the Agricultural Research Service, of the U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to issue an award to Elementar Americas, Inc. 520 Fellowship Rd, Suite B-204, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054-3407. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competition. This is a simplified acquisition. The Conservation and Production Research Laboratory, Bushland, Texas requires 1 vario MAX CN Elemental Analyzer for the simultaneous determination of CN or N/Protein in samples of organic or inorganic materials, liquids, solids or semi-solids, complete with integrated automatic sampler, 60 positions and Windows based control software.
