- Description
- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the US Army, TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, intends to award a Purchase Order to produce, deliver and test Cartridges, 20mm, TP-T, PGU-30 A/B with "Environmentally Friendly" Tracer. A total of 100 cartridges shall be produced and 96 tested. A purchase order will be issued to General Dynamics-OTS, located at 8820 Route 148, Marion IL 62959-5878. This contractor is being used to reduce delay and duplication of effort for the program. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26
