Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following PR number: F5LSDS12110700. (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. =20 (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses in regards to size standards. =20 (v) This RFQ contains one (1) line item: 0001 Corrosion Control Repair of Vehicles. The quantity is 53 vehicles. =20 (vi) See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a complete description of the requirement. =20 (vii) The performance period will be a total of nine (9) months from the date of award. FOB point is: 15 LG/LSDMC Bldg 2002 Hickam AFB HI 96853 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.=20 (ix) The contract award will be based on the offerer that can repair the most vehicles without going over the government estimate. (x) A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, must be provided with each offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
