Description

MODIFICATION TO INITIAL NOTICE: IN ADDTION TO CLIN 0001, Non-personal services to support Integrated Broadcast Services (IBS) Information Management Element (IME) operations, To be performed in Accordance with the Statement of Work. THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE FO LLOWING CLIN: CLIN 1002, TRAVEL, NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT The Government intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Non-Personal services to support Integrated Broadcast Se rvice Information Management Element operations, on a Sole-Source Basis with Welkin Associates, 4801 Stonecroft Blvd., Suite 210, Chantilly, VA 20151, as required by the Joint Forces Intelligence Command, Norfolk, VA. This requirement will be proc ured in accordance with FAR 13.5 "Test program for Certain Commercial Items" (Clinger-Cohen). The period of performance for the resultant contract will be from 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. Personnel proposed for the resultant contract shall have a Top Secret/SCI clearance. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. The statement of work (SOW) shall be described in exact detail in the Request for Quotation. The contract line items (CLINs) is as follows: CLIN 0001, Non-personal services to support Integrated Broadcast Services (IBS) Information Management Element (IME) operati ons, To be performed in Accordance with the Statement of Work. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be avai lable by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www2.eps.gov. This office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the princip al corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any F ederal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Note 22 APPLIES.
