Description

YWCA/Los Angeles Job Corps Center is requesting bids from licensed janitorial service companies with 5 years minimum experience in janitorial services and medical facilities. The janitorial services will be rendered at six locations, multiple buildings and multiple stories. Only one mandatory Pre-Bid walk through will be held at the Los Angeles Job Corps Center on September 11, 2001, at 1031 So. Hill St., Los Angeles, CA 90015, from 1:30 p.m. through 4:30 p.m. Bid packages will be available during the conference. Minority business, women-owned business, and HUBZone small business companies are encouraged to bid (must show certificate of certification issued by the Small Business Administration). Bids must be received by September 20, 2001. The YWCA-Los Angeles Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject requests for extensions and to disqualify late bids; and to make and award without written or oral discussion with any bidder and or accept or reject any of all bids at its own discretion.
