RFP: SP0440-01-R-4179: This solicitation will contain one (1) NSN (5342-00-486-0957)for ANODE, CORROSION PREVENTIVE. Exception to Mil-A-18001K, Amendment 1: Reference Anode Type ZHC-42. Also, this item is for submarine use. Technical data availability: This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specifications/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. Critical Application item. IAW SPEC NR MIL-A-18001K, Basic dtd 91 Dec 16, Amend NR 01, dtd 93 Sep 07, Type Number Class 1 TypeZHC-42 FIG 7A. Offers will be solicited for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance: Origin Delivery is 44 ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0 %. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective 1 June 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
