Description

Commercial item contract using FAR Part 15 to provide all chemicals and services for boilers, steam system, D.A. Tank, Condensate Tank, and Condensate return systems located at VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah. Contract to begin on or about October 15, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four one-year options to extend.
