Description

A. The solicitationis hereby amended to include the following clauses: FAR 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns (Oct 2000), DFARS 252.219-7003, Small, Small Disadvantaged and Women-Owned Small Business Sub-Contracting Plan (DOD Contracts) B. The following clause is hereby incorporated into the solicitation: FAR 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals (Oct 1997). C. The requirement for icemaking/dispensing equipment is hereby deleted. D. In addition to 2 ?- and 5-gallon BIB beverage concentrate containers, 3-gallon BIB containers are also acceptable. E.
