Note 22 applies. The Government intends to enter into a sole source contractto Carsey-Werner International for international broadcast rights to 25 episodes of "That 70's Show" for airing by outlets of the American Forces Radio and Television Service. Carsey-Werner is the sole holder of such international broadcast rights.
