, Qty 1, Delivery FOB Origin -- The purpose of this synopsis is to comply with the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This requirement is for establishement of a warehouse at Global Technical Systems (1MYP5). GTS is the sole source repair contractor for the ATS/HTS test benches, and as such, is also the sole source for warehousing the components for the repair of these systems. The warehousing tasks will include storage of retrograde NAVY assets, reporting the condition of the NAVY assets received, type and condition, moving assets into and out of the repair line, etc. NAVICP anticipates that the establishment of a warehouse at the contractor's plant will significantly imporve repair turn around time (RTAT) and reduce shipping time by allowing the contractor to expedite repairs and return the assets to the FISC for issue. Only an onsite warehouse at the contractor's plant will achieve the desired results. Therefore, a warehouse anywhere other than the contractor's plant is not considered in NAVICP's best interest., See Note 22*****
