Description

Furnish personnel to perform services as Exceptional Family Member Program Coordinator (EFMPC) for the Army Community Service at Fort Lewis, Washington. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued. The RFP number will be DAKF57-01-R-0013. The requireme nts for this contract are as follows: The Exceptional Family Member Program provides a comprehensive, coordinated, multiagency approach for medical, education, community support, housing and services to families with special needs. This requirement is unr estricted. NAICS code: 813319, Other Social Advocacy Organizations. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All requests for the request for proposals must be faxed to Kim McFall at (253) 967-2772 or e-mailed to mirandak@lewis.army.mil, providing the business size, Duns number and CAGE code.
