Description

Nonpersonal Service: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and transportation necessary to provide for Food Service Mess Attendants at the 143rd Airlift Wing Dining Hall, North Kingstown, RI and the 282nd Combat Communications Squadron Dining Hall, North Smithfield, RI. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The anticipated base period of performance will be 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with two one year option periods. The NAICS code is 722310. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for Small Business. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Based Service Statement of Work. CLIN 0001. The Base Year, such services are required for the Unit Training Assemblies (UTA's). it is recommended a minimum of 5 or 6 Mess attendants for the 143 Airlift Wing, and 1-2 Mess attendants for the 282nd Combat Communications Squadron, and 1 Manager per UTA day, (24 per year) be furnished to assure performance of the service required. Please note: Recommendation does not in any way limit the Contractor's obligation to use as many employees as necessary to properly fulfill contract performance. Details/duties consist of but are not limited to those listed in section E and F. CLIN 0002. Extended Service Hours/Contingency. Special and Emergency situations (i.e. Fire, Accident or rescue operations, Civil Disturbance, weather warning, alerts may necessitate activating this line item and up to 24 hours per day. Should this line item become active the contractor shall provide these services as requested by the Contracting Officer. CLIN 0003. And CLIN 0004. Option years. In accordance with DFARS 204.7300, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
