Description

Optical Instrument Reticles (No NSN) -- This effort is for a modification to Contract Number DAAB07-01-D-N207, for up to 30,000 Optical Instrument Reticles (OIRs)on an an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract, firm-fixed-price basis. The Optical Instrument Reticle (OIR) is a lens filter that is attached to the AN/PEQ-2A Target Pointer Illuminator Aiming Light Device, for projecting expanding patterns around the laser's collimated central beam. There are five patterns (square, circular, triangular, semi-circular, and a plus (+) sign). The five patterns are packaged together and sold as one unit. The OIRs are needed to retrofit the fielded AN/PEQ-2A. The total estimated price of this effort is $2.4 Million. This acquisition is a proposed Sole-Source to Insight Technology, Londonderry, NH. Any responses to this notice are due within 14 days after this notice is published. See Note 22.
