Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD has a requirement for the Serology Laboratory. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced standing order to Biochem Immunosystems, Inc. 754 Robale Road, Suite 70, Allentown, PA 18103 for the following reagents to perform hepatitis testing. CLIN 0001: Sixteen (16)kits Cat# 32561 HBsAg 480 test kit (4x4); CLIN 0002: Sixty (60)kits Cat# P8005 HBsAB 96 test kit (15x4); CLIN 0003: Forty (40)kits Cat# P8010 HBCore 96 test kit (10x4); CLIN 0004: Forty four (44)kits Cat# P001926 HAV 96 test kit (11x4); CLIN 0005: Thirty two (32)kits Cat# P001925 HAV IgM 96 test kit (8x4); CLIN 0006: One hundred twenty (120)bags Cat# LT 1181 Plastic Tip 1ml, 250/bag; CLIN 0007: Eight (8)boxes Cat# MV 3006 Reagent container, 35ml, clear 50/box; CLIN 0008: Four (4)boxes Cat# MV 3007 Reagent container, 75ml, clear 50/box; CLIN 0009: Eight (8)boxes Cat# MV 3008 Reagent container, 35ml, grey 650/box; CLIN 0010: Twenty four (24)boxes Cat# 55484 Sample tubes, 55mm polystyrene, 500/box. The above total quantities will be divided into four (4)separate shipments over the period of the contract. Biochem Immunosystems, Inc. will provide the Serology Laboratory with the use of two (2)Product# 064022001 Labotech Microplate analyzers, Microsoft Windows software, service and maintenance of the instruments, on-site training, technical support and validation of reagent kits. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the period from 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Award will be contingent upon availability of FY02 funding.
